Product Introduction：

VP vertical press filter is fully new generation automatic equipment designed and developed by our company. It is adopted slurry solids gravity and combined with high pressure water pump rubber diaphragm squeeze and compressed air drying system to realize the high efficiency solid-liquid separation through the customized filter cloth.

Work Procedure：

Slurry feeding and filter:feeding slurry into the filter chamber,filtrate goes out through filter cloth with the slurry feeding pressure and filtrate gravity, and solids formed into cake on the cloth surface.

Slurry pipe flushing: flush out the slurry solids of slurry pipes before enters into next procedure.

Rubber diaphragm extrusion:inject the high pressure water to inflate the rubber diaphragm to squeeze the cake under the high pressure water pump function, then get lowest cake moisture.

Cake washing(option): the cake washing water be injected into the slurry chamber through slurry pipes, the water soaking the cake and replacement the mother filtrate,and the washed water discharge from the filtrate outlet.

Second time rubber diaphragm extrusion:same to first time extrusion.

Air blowing: let the compressed air go through the cake and take out moisture, to get the lowest cake moisture.Meanwhile can take out the filtrate of filtrate pipe and slurry pipe.

Cake discharge and cloth washing:the hydraulic drive motor drive the cloth running and then the cake discharged at the two ends of the plate with the scraper device function.We designed the cloth washing water pipe with high pressure water spray nozzles to avoid the cloth blocking, prolong the cloth use life.
