Working Procedure：

Hydraulic system controls plates opening and closing, the two nearby plates will forms into a closed filter chamber when the plates closed and cake will be discharged when the two nearby plates opened. The filter cloth suspended in the middle of filter plate and compression plate, the slurry enters into each filter chamber by the slurry pump feeding pressure, and realize the solid-liquid separation with the feeding pressure through filter cloth media, the solids stopped into the filter chamber and the filtrate be discharged through the filter cloth and filtrate channel.According to the process requirements and start the high pressure rubber diaphragm extrusion, cake washing, air drying procedure, and then the plates will be opened by hydraulic drive system, and discharge cake , wash filter cloth and then enters into the next working recycle.
