MT movable tray belt filter is combine the horizontal fixed vacuum tray with filter cloth to form a vacuum channel, can realize solid-liquid separation, cake washing, cake discharge, cloth washing process automatically.It’s main parts includes slurry feeding device, drive device, cake washing device, cloth correction device, vacuum tray, filter cloth, movable cylinder.,etc.It’s a special or customized design, we can set it’s vacuum drying time, evenly compress system ,low cake moisture.

Working Principle：

1) Vacuum way

Filter beginning, the slurry be fed widely on the filter cloth by slurry feeding device, the vacuum tray moves together with filter cloth,the slurry be absorbed by vacuum until the vacuum tray reached to the limit switch point and then vacuum stopped.

2）Return way

Vacuum tray reached the limit switch point, the vacuum tray connect with air and the vacuum stopped.Filter cloth keeps moving forward, the vacuum tray will be returned to the original position by cylinder.Then to the next recycle when start the vacuum.

Rubber coated drive pulley can realize the continuously viable to adopted to different application/process

Cake discharge by the cake drive pulley’s radius of curvature and scraper.The filter cloth enters into the cloth washing device to wash the cloth from 2 sides by water and realize the regeneration.The washed filter cloth will be continued to use after the cloth tension device and cloth close to the vacuum tray by cloth press roller.
