How Rubber Belt Vacuum Filters Work

The annular tape of rubber vacuum filter is driven by a motor to run continuously.Between the tape and the vacuum sliding plate,a water seal is formed through the contact of the annular friction belt to prevent the vacuum environment from being damaged.The main filter medium of the rubber belt vacuum filter is filter cloth,and the slurry is evenly distributed on the filter cloth by the distributor.
After the vacuum chamber of the rubber belt vacuum filter is connected to the vacuum system,a vacuum suction filtration area is formed on the annular rubber belt.Driven by vacuum and gravity,the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and enters the vacuum chamber through the rubber belt,while the solid particles are trapped by the filter cloth and squeezed into filter cake.The endless rubber belt of the rubber belt vacuum filter drives the filter cloth to move to the unloading end,and the unloading is carried out by the scraper.The filter cloth is then recycled through the washing area.
